Corona hygiene concept

Covid-19 has had a firm grip on us all since the beginning of 2020. We are in the uncomfortable situation of having to restrict private life to prevent chains of infection and to protect ourselves and others. I too would like to deal with the current situation responsibly, especially in a bondage context where people get very close. Therefore, the following hygiene concept applies until further notice in all forms of teaching:

Private tutions and workshops are possible again, although it is necessary here that the participants can present an official negative antigen rapid test, which was no more than 24 hours ago.
 

I'm fully vaccinated since June 24th, 2021.


Registration: Workshops and Private Tuitions can only be booked with prior registration. At this point I also appeal to your common sense and cooperation: if you cannot keep up with your registration, please deregister in good time so that someone else can possibly move up.

Cancellations: If a workshop or a private tuition is canceled by me, you will of course get your money back as soon as possible. If you are unable to take part in the workshop or the Private Tuition, the following deadlines and regulations apply:

  • up to 14 days before the workshop: we will convert the full amount of money into a voucher valid for 1 year, which you can redeem with me as you wish. 

  • afterwards: you organize a successor (I may also have an active waiting list - not guaranteed), as soon as he has paid you will be reimbursed for your costs.

  • up to 3 days before the workshop: we convert 50% of the amount paid into a voucher valid for 1 year, which you can then redeem with me. 

  • Private Tuitions can be rescheduled.

 

Own equipment: We do not provide our own equipment or documents, which is why you have to bring your own yoga mat or similar. Please also bring your own drink and your own equipment (ropes, carabiners, belt loops,...).

Hygiene: Please wash or disinfect your hands as soon as you enter a room. Observe the sneeze and cough etiquette.

Health:  If you feel sick, stay at home and do not endanger anyone by your presence (no one has to pass a cold either).

​

I will make sure that everyone follows these rules very meticulously, so please understand if I address misconduct. If I see that people don't follow these rules and are resistant to lectures, we will remove them from the event.

Terms of Service

  1. Validity towards entrepreneurs and definitions of terms

    1. The following general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.
      A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (Section 13 BGB).

  2. Conclusion of a contract

    1. The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to all services in connection with:

    2. The presentation of the services on our website does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to book services.

    3. The consumer can request a service by email to mieneko@gmx.de The request is accepted in writing or in text form with the invoice to be paid being sent within one week. If the deadline has expired without success, the request is considered rejected.

    4. The contract is concluded as soon as the invoice has been paid.

    5. We perform the booked service (s) after the invoice has been paid and an appointment has been made.

    6. Consume must be at least 18 years old.

    7. Trainees, schoolchildren, students, volunteers and special case II. 8 receive a discount.

  3. liability

    1. Employees and owners are only liable for damage to life, body or health in the event of willful or negligent breach of duty.

    2. Employees and owners are only liable for other damage in the event of willful or grossly negligent breach of duty.

    3. Consumers assure that they are healthy for the chosen type of training. You are responsible for having yourself examined by a doctor if necessary.

    4. Employees and owners assume no liability for damage caused by negligent behavior by members.

    5. Members are responsible for looking after their own property. Employees and owners assume no liability for loss.

    6. In the event of theft or loss of objects, especially valuables, no liability is assumed by the owner or employee

  4. Booked lessons

    1. Consumers are entitled to participate in all booked teaching units that are offered for their level of training in the selected training institution.

    2. The lessons must be completed with appropriate clothing.

    3. Members follow the instructions of the employees and the owner and observe the house rules.

    5. We will provide the booked service(s) after the invoice has been paid and an appointment has been made.

    6. Consumers must be at least 18 years old.

    7. Reduction is granted to trainees, pupils, students, volunteers and special case II. 8. Upon presentation of a valid certificate, until the due date of a new certificate (years of training, school years, semesters, etc.).

  3. Liability​

    1. Employees and owners are only liable for damage to life, limb or health in the event of intentional or negligent breach of duty. 

    2. Employees and owners are only liable for other damages in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty. 

    3. Consumers assure that they are healthy for the chosen type of training. You are responsible for being examined by a doctor if necessary.​

    4. Employees and owners assume no liability for damage caused by negligent actions by members.

    5. Members are responsible for looking after their own belongings. Employees and owners assume no liability for loss.

    6. In the event of theft or loss of items, especially valuables, no liability is assumed by the owner or employees

  4. Booked lessons​

    1. Consumers are entitled to take part in all booked training units that are offered for their level of training in the chosen training institution.

    2. Classes must be completed in appropriate clothing.

    3. Members follow the instructions of the employees and the owner and observe the posted house rules.​

  5. refund​

    1. up to 14 days before a booked date: conversion of the amount into a voucher valid for 1 year  

    2. up to 3 days before a booked date: conversion of half the amount (50%) into a voucher valid for 1 year
